SR7500DC SPR System - Reichert

SR7500DC SPR System

SR7500DC Dual Channel Surface Plasmon Resonance System

Dual channel SPR system with unparalleled sensitivity in protein interaction analysis, pushing detection limits with extremely low noise (0.05μRIU) and drift (0.01μRIU/min).

Reichert's SR7500DC pushes the limits of detection and sensitivity in label-free interaction analysis.

The SR7500DC Dual Channel System is the next generation of surface plasmon resonance (SPR) technology with incomparable sensitivity and high-quality binding data for interaction analysis - all in a flexible component-based platform. The key to the system is the advanced SR7500 Dual Channel SPR Spectrometer instrument.

The SR7500DC label-free system generates data on critical interactions between proteins, nucleic acids, lipids, carbohydrates, small molecules, whole cells, bacteria, viruses, and polymers.

The SR7500DC System is used in pharmaceuticals, drug discovery, antibody screening, protein structure and function, gene regulation, and systems biology.

Exceptional sensitivity in the SR7500DC System provides real-time data and is ideal for:

  • High quality kinetic analysis
  • Affinity measurements ranging from 1mM to 1pM
  • Precise determination of thermodynamic parameters
  • Accurate concentration analysis

Flow Cells

Sensor Chips

Fluidics Kit
Reichert offers a standard flow cell with each system. This flow cell is used to perform molecular interaction studies and has low channel volume resulting in extremely fast solution exchange dynamics. Reichert also offers specialized cells that provide the ability to couple SPR measurements with other valuable analytical techniques opening up new avenues for investigation. Reichert sensor chips are offered at affordable prices so researchers can explore more interactions without higher running costs. Choose from plain gold sensor chips, carboxymethyl dextran chips, planar polyethylene glycol/carboxyl chips, nickel nitrilotriacetic acid chip, hydrophobic planar alkyl chip, streptavidin/neutrAvidin chip, and protein A chip. The Reichert SPR systems are designed to use low-cost, off-the-shelf-HPLC fittings and tubing, allowing for quick and easy changeover. The kits provide all the connectors and tubing needed to properly plumb the system, including spares.
