The credit card data is not recorded our database, but goes directly to the POS (Point of Sale) bank.
When paying via credit card, please provide the following information: credit card number, expiration date and validation code, which is a 3 digit number located on the back of the credit card. We require also a copy of the card holders identification. All these items can be sent to us via email or fax.
When paying via wire transfer or deposit, there is an additional fee of $35.00. Along with the invoice you will receive bank details to assist with the wire transfer or deposit. Wire transfers or deposits are made to Mercoframes Optical Corp.
It is very important that the the invoice number along with the full name/company name is noted on the wire transfer memo. Transfer or deposit must be made within 3 days of the date on the invoice to validate the order.
Wire transfer or deposit confirmations can be sent via email to: sales@mercoframes.net.
Wire transfers and deposits are only effectively confirmed through Mercoframes Administration Department.
Any fees, taxes and / or custom fees incurred during the wire transfer or deposit are the customers responsibility. They are not to be deducted in the value of the sale.
No order will not be processed until having received full payment and no remaining balance stated on account.
Special Orders are to prepaid in full or 50% deposit given.
