For nearly three decades, the COIL Raylite has set the standard for clinical low-vision magnifiers. The Raylite utilizes aspheric lenses and a selection of light sources to give a distortion-free, highly illuminated image. Raylite Illuminated Series are available in nine different magnification options and LED, Xenon (battery or electric powered), and Incandescent light sources. The complete magnifier (head and handle) can be purchases with more powerful heads added later, as needed (call for assistance).
