Special dual adhesive for lens side / back side
The super dense strength of the foam substrate supports the torque from any edger/lens-curve combination to resist twisting during edging. We use a differential adhesive system for "block-side" and "lens-side" uses. The block-side adhesive allows for easy, clean deblocking; while the lens-side adhesive promotes an aggressive bond between the pad and hydrophobic surfaces.
