Company SHIPPING, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Delivery time for each item depends on availability at time payment is received.

All domestic shipments will be made via Fedex.. International shipping will made via EMS (USPS) or Fedex, UPS or DHL using customers account. Orders can also be shipped via other couriers using customers valid account.  Freight forward agencies are to pick up at the main warehouse. The shipping is between 24-72 hours after payment is received for available items.

Please allow 30-60 days for Special Order items.  The delivery period shall begin once you have received confirmation that your order has been received by us and we have applied the payment.

Please feel free to contact us at sales@mercoframes.net if you have not received confirmation of your order / shipping.

Customer shall be notified of any delay or modification to the order via email or phone number provided.

Mercoframes Optical Corp. is not responsible for shipping charges and / or customs fees. They are the responsibility of the customer.

Mercoframes Optical Corp. does not issue refunds, returns or credits for charges not covered by shipping company. Customers are responsible for customs fees in each country.

Mercoframes merchandise is EXW Warehouse in Miami, Florida.

Returns and Exchanges need to be approved by administration via sales@mercoframes.net. Email must have full name, address, phone number of customer. Also include invoice number, serial number of item, picture if available and full description of problem and / or reason for return or exchange.

In the case of refusal of return or exchange, we will send written notice for which we can not accept the return or exchange.

Returned items will not be accepted if modified by the user.

A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns or exchanges.  Returns or exchanges MUST be pre-approved Mercoframes Administration Department.

Customers are responsible for any shipping cost occurred in returns or exchanges.  Return or exchanges must be accompanied by a RMA number.  RMA must be clearly written on package, without this number the package will not be accepted.

All returns or exchanges are too be shipped in original packaging with all accessories and manuals.  No exceptions.

Warranty is only for factory defect.

Mercoframes is not responsible for errors during the selection of items. The warranty does not cover claims for incorrect voltage.  Please specify the type of voltage needed in your order.

No discounts on existing orders or payments.

ALL SALES ORDERS ARE FINAL. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON BATTERIES, BULBS OR SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS.
